Multiplying Wands
Type: Stage, Parlor
Skill Level:
Retail Price: $15
Effect: The magician holds a magic wand and gives it to his assistant to hold. In the process the wands becomes two, then three, four, five and six.
Performance Time: About 1 minute
Reset Time: About 1 minute
Angles:
Quality: These are pretty durable props that will last forever.
Mike Maione: Once you see this performed it's very obvious that the wands are nested. Don't buy this if your intention in to magically make wands appear...ala multiplying balls. This is a comedy prop. And, let me tell you I use in just about every kid's show I do. When your assistant is a four, five or six year old, he/she gets hysterical and the audience (especially the adults) laugh with him. I love mine. BTW...no rule says you must buy one. When John Ferrentino and Joe Silkie lecture they tell you how to make one for only 99¢, which is every bit as good (maybe better) than the store bought version. I use theirs. This idea alone is worth the price of their lecture.
Dr. Mitch: This is another good kid's show prop. Like all the stuff in my show. I like this one because in packs small and plays big. You and your audience will enjoy this one.
