Effect: Take two clearly separate rubber bands, touch them together, and they visibly link in slow-motion.Then, without any switches, sudden movements, or anything else, immediately hand them to an audience member to keep in their permanently linked state.
Unlike other similar methods, Linked 4 Life is clean as a whistle- not to mention deviously simple!

Quality: You are buying a manuscript. Which is the quality of a set of lecture notes. That's it... nothing more.
Mike Maione: Well anyone with a brain in his/her head would have to guess that the bands are either connected beforehand and made to look separate or separate all along and made to look connected. Linked 4 Life uses the first method. Andy gives you great instructions on how to assemble the rubber bands and pretty clear instructions on how to display them to make them look separate and link. The illustrations seem like an afterthought, but Andy claims they are on a separate sheet to help facilitate reading them and following them while your hands are bound in rubber bands. Hmmm. Anyway the effect is nice. I give it two thumbs up, but I am a little uncomfortable with the beginning display where the bands are supposed to look separate (they are already linked.) I'm not at all certain it looks convincing. I've performed it several times and have gotten pretty good responses.I think the effect will be killer if I can perform Crazy Man's Handcuffs first. Then switch out the original rubber bands for the linked pair. If you come up with a good method to accomplish the switch, let me know.
